Rev. dr. steven tighe, Provincial youth canon
Steven is currently serving as the Canon for Youth Ministry for the Anglican Church in North America, but has been involved with youth ministry since leaving college. He attended Rice University, where he obtained two degrees in Electrical Engineering. He did computer research in Austin before leaving to teach youth ministry at Trinity School for Ministry (TSM) on staff with Rock the World Youth Mission Alliance. Steven has his Mdiv from TSM and PhD from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in Deerfield, IL, and is an ordained Anglican priest. Steven currently lives in El Paso, TX, where he attends St. Clement's church, runs several ministry training programs, and teaches undergraduate and seminary youth ministry courses. He and his wife, Tricia, have been raising support for the last 23 years to support Steven’s ministry training youth leaders through a small non-profit called La Frontera Youth Ministry Education Inc. Steven gets most of his exercise mountain biking in the El Paso hills. He reads a lot, plays computer games, writes songs, is an accomplished sand sculptor and has recently taken up kite surfing.

rev. whis hays
Executive Director, Rock the World
The Rev. Whis Hays is the founder and Executive Director of Rock the World Youth Mission Alliance. He has been in student ministry since 1972 as a layman and as a priest, and as both a volunteer and a professional. As well as his service with Rock the World since 1989, he has served in parishes, summer camps and university chaplaincy. He served for 15 years as Associate Professor of Youth Ministry at Trinity School for Ministry, teaching courses in Youth Ministry, Evangelism and World Missions. He is married to the Rev. Canon Dr. Mary Maggard Hays who has put up with him ever since they got married in 1974. They have two adult children who continue to follow Jesus.

Rev. Canon Dr. Donald R. Shepson III, Ph.D.
Canon for Spiritual Formation, Anglican Diocese of the South
Don Shepson specializes in Christian education and spiritual formation, and currently teaches in the Department of Biblical and Religious Studies and Philosophy at Grove City College. He earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Studies and Spiritual Formation at Biola University, a Master of Divinity from Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary, and a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Weaton College.
Rev. Andrew Unger
Andrew Unger has served in youth ministry for 12 years. He is employed at All Souls Anglican Church in Wheaton, IL as Associate Rector and Pastor to Youth, and works as the Diocesan Coordinator for Youth Ministry for the ACNA Diocese of Quincy, serving over 30 churches. He earned a BA in Youth Ministry from Moody Bible Institute, and an MA in History of Christianity from Wheaton Graduate School. He has published an article, “From Education to Participation: Youth Ministry in the Episcopal Church from 1961-1978”, in Association of Youth Ministry Educators ‘Journal for Youth Ministry’ in Spring of 2015.
Dave Wright has served as the Coordinator for Youth Ministries in The Diocese of South Carolina since 2001. Prior to that he served as a youth minister at churches in Cheshire, England and the Chicago suburbs. Dave has led youth ministry training in the UK, Canada, and across the USA, written numerous articles for youth ministry publications in the UK and USA and blogs at http://fusionmusing.com.
