The ACNA 2019 Provincial Youth Gathering (PYG) will take place June 17-22 at the Crowne Plaza Galleria in Dallas, TX. Come spend an incredible week following Jesus in our uniquely Anglican way doing what the early church did: CELEBRATING the Eucharist together, ENCOUNTERING the living God in the praises of His people, devoting ourselves to the TEACHINGS of the Apostles through challenging talks and Bible study, and SERVING the world that He loves.
We’ll join the opening Eucharist of the Provincial Assembly at 6:30 PM on Monday at Christ Church Plano. The conference will be an incredible time of learning from our gifted Anglican Bishops and will feature Archbishop Foley Beach. The conference portion of PYG will conclude Wednesday at lunch, and that afternoon the mission portion of the gathering will begin. Exciting details to come, but groups can plan on serving God and the people of Dallas through ministry to the homeless, summer VBS programs, light construction projects and farm work. The week will conclude after lunch on Saturday, June 22.
To register for the event, choose whether you will be registering for just the conference or the conference and mission trip. You will input the total number including both students and chaperones.
PYG Conference and Mission Trip (Monday to Saturday): $470
PYG Conference Only (Monday to Wednesday): $270
Local Pricing Conference and Mission Trip (Monday to Saturday): $310
Local Pricing Conference Only (Monday to Wednesday): $160
You will be required to make a $50 deposit for each person (including chaperones) you are registering. Half of the deposit will be refunded if final numbers are below what is initially indicated. Final payments will be collected no later than May 20, at which time we will need final rooming lists.

Supervision: Students must be registered with a youth group, as we are unable to provide supervision for individuals. Each group must have a ratio of 1 adult chaperone per 5 youth.
Ages: PYG is open for rising 6th - 12th graders.
Lodging: Registration will include lodging at the Crowne Plaza. When registering for the event, you will need to know how many rooms your group will need (4 per room). Males and females will be housed in separate rooms. Youth ministers will be responsible for submitting rooming lists to Kelly King at Young Anglicans by May 20.
Food: With a few exceptions, meals will be provided from Tuesday breakfast through Saturday lunch. Groups will be responsible for their own meals when they arrive on Monday and Thursday dinner.
Transportation: Groups are responsible for their own transportation to and from Dallas, as well as transportation while there. Parking at the hotel will be an additional $9/day.
Dress: Casual. The temperature in Dallas will likely be around 90 degrees, but the conference sessions may be cool.
